ECGA offers a full range of screening and diagnostic tests, including endoscopy, colonoscopy and non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment. ECGA also performs endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration, which allows for the least invasive evaluation and sampling of tissue and also allows for lung cancer screening. These procedures are performed at Manchester Memorial Hospital, Rockville General Hospital and St. Francis Hospital.
